Initial Cost is £80 per report, covering the first 25 items.
Thereafter, each additional item costs £1.50.

3 Phase appliances £80 per report, covering the first 20 items.
Thereafter, each additional item costs £2.00.

Travel Charge for the round trip. 
Mileage: The first 20 miles are free. Each additional mile is 40p. 
Travel Time: Beyond 1 hour is £15/hr.

Not VAT registered therefore no added VAT.
